Caps strike early, falter late in Game 1 loss to the Isles

Back at it again Caps fans, Jordan Giorgio, JJ Regan and Nick Ashooh got together after a heart breaking Caps loss where Washington looked to have everything in control mid-way through the 2nd period until a late run by the Islanders scoring 4 straight goals to take Game 1 of the series. As JJ says in the pod... "this one hurts" but it is nothing the Caps haven't faced before. Speaking of being hurt, Nicklas Bäckström was on the wrong end of a nasty hit by Anders Lee, the crew will debate whether the hit was dirty or not, why the Caps don't need to panic being down just 0-1 and Todd Rierden gives an "update" on Mr. Bäckström plus much more!
