Captain America is a Marvel Comics legend and as World War II raged in 1944 it only made sense that the movie serials would adapt America's hero to the silver screen... except they completely missed the point.  No, Captain America wasn't fighting our wartime enemies and boosting public moral at home. Instead, he was a slightly over-weight District Attorney who wanted to play dress up and catch mobsters.  This is our review.
