Hey what’s going on everyone and welcome to another episode of The Captain’s Coach Podcast. Today I interviewed Nick Doktor who was the solo Captain of University of Pennsylvania Lacrosse in 2016. He is the good friend of recent guest, Gunnar Millar, so you might recognize the Rochester accent. Nick and I discuss a wide range of topics today from the leadership council that Penn Lacrosse has and how his coach truly let the players lead the team to the importance of empowering other leaders on your team even when you’re THE Leader of your team. We also discuss what being a leader is all about and he has some great advice for those of you out there aspiring to be Captains or Captains looking for some guidance.
