As The Decade Bird approached Arrr Island, the crew was greeted by two long rows of ships forming a lane to the main dock. The Decade Bird sailed between the two lines of ships. There was at least fifty ships on each side, and they were heavily armed. Each ship donned new black flags with two crowns painted on them.

Captain Joe looked around at his crew, Panto, Oldman, and Mr. Bones, and he smiled with pride. “What a welcome. They recognize us as the heroes we are.”

Panto was not smiling; he was trembling...
