Have you ever thought about being the Captain of your own life?  

Why did Captain Kirk in Star Trek keep a Captain's log?  

He wanted to be able to know what had happened in the past on his journey so that he could course correct if needed, keep the same path if needed, or ask for help if needed.  

In today's episode Aaron shares why we should all keep a Captain's log when we decide we want to become healthier.  Same as Captain Kirk, we need to know if we need to course correct, keep the same path, or if we are in some need of some help.
