Captioning by WGBH

Listen Later

If you've ever watched TV with captions, you've probably seen "Captioning by WGBH" in the credits. Have you ever wondered what that means? We did, and in this episode, you'll learn who WGBH is, what they do, some of the first TV shows to be captioned, and some other fun facts!

In case you're wondering why the sound is kind of crappy on this podcast, we recorded it in July of 2021, before we knew what we were doing. We tried fixing the audio as best as we could.
