Cara grew up in an abusive home, so as an adult, she felt like she had to always be in charge in order to be in control, especially in relationships. This didn’t sit well with the men that she dated, as she constantly was in her masculine energy and didn’t balanced it out by being in her feminine one. But then she discovered that it was okay to be comfortable with her feminine self, and now she feels more powerful when she is in her feminine energy rather than her masculine.
