An update on my career and the first of a couple of installments of Coaching with Equity by Elena Aguilar. I am a Culturally Responsive Mentor Teacher for next year. I will be working with a para professional or student pursuing a degree in teaching. This will be an amazing reflective journey and I look forward listening, learning and mentoring this young educator mind.

Simply be kind. This episode doesn’t have a true focus but fall emotions and learning to reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a long while.
