My #1 reason it that people should have a chance to get a high paying job with an awesoem career in Technology

The 2nd reason is to help companies gain quality talented technology resources they need to support their business operations

The 3rd and important reason is for the Industry to continue growth and avoid a market plateu

About a year and a half later, there was a Harvard Business Review Article Following up on the Case Study,

titled "Who is going to fill The Middle Skills Gap?"

Shortly after that, realized my help is not needed in teaching people how to code

There's no lack of learning resources at this point

Now you can learn for FREE or very low cost

My help is needed in the area of transitioning people into a Technology Career

I set a goal to help people with career advancement, a blueprint, to get the hottest skills companies are craving, validating skills, getting experience, winning resumes, interviewing, and negotiating salary

Throughout last year I worked on

AWARENESS, helping people understand what technology opportunities can do for them

BELIEF, helping people break their false beliefs, wondering if they can do this

This year I'm adding

MOTIVATION

Motivation has been the missing ingredient.

I'm going to add motivation to the mix in 2019

Motivation moves us to take action

Gandhi once said

“Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.”

When you blend your beliefs and your words, you can achieve anything.

You are the creator of you destiny and it starts with the words you speak into your life

Speak positive things into your life, and you will begin to see it

Speak love an happiness into your life, and you'll notice more love and happiness

Speak good in others, and you'll see more good in others

Speak your dreams into existence.

Believe your dreams will become reality

Act and live as though they are and they soon will be

Speak with certainty

Muhammad Ali spoke he was "The Greatest" and he became The Greatest

He had no doubht in his mind

That is the same way you should speak about your goals

I am healthy

Opportunites are Everywhere

I am blessed and I am surrounded by blessings

I am constantly growing

I am learning more

I am earning more

I am advancing my career

Technology is easy for me

I am worthy

I can make a difference

I can do this

I will do this

I will do this for me

I will do this for my family

I will do this, because it's my way out

The opportunity is mine

I am grabbing this opportunity

I give thanks for this opportunity

My time is now

The decision is mine

I choose to win

I choose better

I choose to make it happen in this New Year....
