On today's podcast I'm chatting to a woman who has been fuelling her own ambition from a very young age.

Áine Collins started her first business at the age of 25, represented her community as a TD in Leinster House as a young mum, where she made a real impact for small Irish businesses as well as influencing change for children and young adults with cystic fibrosis.

Leaving politics in 2016 she now advises many successful Irish and international businesses through major acquisitions, funding initiatives, mergers and expansions.

Through all of this Áine learned some really valuable lessons in life and in business that she is going to share with us today. I hope some of these resonate with you and help fuel your ambition.
