1.Lagna or lagnesh should be strong 

2. Dashmesh should be strong 

3. The arrangement should be from 

                  10th house to 3rd house 

                   7th house to 12 house 

4. Dashmesh (karma ki Dasha) should have the impression of Surya, Chandra, Rahu, and Mangal.
