In this conversation Gemma meets with Mark Smith - Assistant Accountant in the UK Finance team. Mark has had a varied career in financial services and teaching before joining IRI as a Client Service Executive in the Operations team and then moving into the finance team. He is currently studying for his ACC exams and has some advice to share around owning your own career.
