This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting conversation about a student willing to walk in the foot steps of her parents voluntarily. Good thing is that the parent is not pushing it over the child.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode I discussed about how important it is to be for both parent and child in sync with the career choices, since the career decision has to be a join effort between the parent and child, not in isolation. Also, its perfectly fine if the child is willing to walk the foot steps of his or her parents which is basically choosing the same career as their parents, but it has to be voluntary and positive inspiration rather being influenced and pushed it over the child by the parent.
