This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting experience with a fellow counsellor who is of the belief that language shouldn't be a barrier for career conversations.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode I discussed about how important it is to convey the message, guidance to both parent and child irrespective of the language we use, its more about the parent and child since they seek guidance from a mentor, counsellor. Thought there could be practical challenges in having the counsellor, mentor speak many languages but as long as the message is communicated which is more important.
