This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting experience about the conflicting interested between the parent and child.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode I discussed about a parent being too pushy and autocratic approach towards the child's career path and decisions. Where as a the child having contradicting aspirations and as a result there is a serious conflict between the parent and child resulting in performance issues and withdrawal.
