This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting experience about how should a mentor approach and draw boundaries while mentoring the child and engaging with parents

In this episode I discussed about a fellow mentor bypassing or sidelining the parents of the child in the name of career guidance and planning which is severing the parent child relationship. Emphasis about where to draw the line and importance of walking that fine line in the mentoring and counselling journey.
