This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting conversation about a parent who is wise enough to empower her child to explore the possibilities, at the same time present the pros and cons of any career, and eventually finding a way forward to sail through.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode i discussed about how important it is to be openminded and wise enough to let the children explore the possibilities without any boundaries and not to enforce parents wish list on their children, youngsters about their career choices, rather empower them to explore.
