This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting experience about a parent's situation where she was regretting her preferences imposed on her child which eventually proved as inappropriate career choice.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode I discussed about a parent who is working in government sector and expecting her children also to choose government sector and one the top tier options as to pursue civil services as a career choice. But later she realized that it was not a well thought through choice made since the child is stuck without a direction. The parent started attributing this situation to Destiny or Fate. But later realizing that proper career planning ahead of time would yield good results. Emphasis on a structured way of nature to work mapping and career planning ahead of times. So that there is no mismatch or at least an informed career decision has been made so there is no friction or regret on a later date.
