This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting conversation about a student who is super clear at an early age which is an 'early start' seeking guidance ahead of time and parent is in collaboration working with the child to make his aspiration come true.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode i discussed about starting the career discussions, exploration at the earliest possible at least at 8th or 9th grade if not earlier than that, like in this conversation the child starts exploration from 7th grade onwards and planning for the best colleges in the world ahead of time and the parent who is empowering and encouraging the child in that direction.
