This episode is all about my career counselling and mentoring experiences with students and parents. An interesting conversation about a parent believing that having more academic qualifications would lead to a dream job, and wishing and pushing it over the child irrespective of the child's interests.

Each of these episodes are aimed to drive a message home for the listeners so that there is a value add hopefully it complements the thought process.

In this episode I discussed about how important it is to plan a destination based career rather focusing on acquiring academic qualifications without direction. And its important for the parents to empower and enable their children to make a career choice rather forcing any wish list onto them which eventually lead to regret on a later date.
