One of my know person is jobless at the age of 50, after spending  2 decades in Car Sales. He worked for good companies, selling transport car. But since Covid the sales dropped and he became jobless. He is not able to find a equally paying job. Most companies giving fresher 10K job in Tier-2 cities and a bit more in Metros. I was talking to him and suggested to try Digital Marketing and start fresh. Software development might not suite here and he been from Sales background, will help a bit. He also told that he heard about it and will try. Gave his a workshop link of Digital Deepak and told to attend. Also told him that age doesn't matter and he will be happly accepted in any agency or startup. And he can do freelance also. But guess what, he never attended it and going into this downward spiral.
