Roger Wade talks us through his career journey from market stall to VC fund, by way of streetwear and the world’s first pop-up mall.
Roger is the founder and former CEO of BOXPARK and current Chairman of venture capital firm BoxFund. After graduating, Roger started Boxfresh, growing it from a market stall to a hugely successful international brand selling in 12 different countries. In 2010, he founded and created the world’s first pop-up mall, BOXPARK Shoreditch.
Here, he shares the secrets of his success; the traits, skills and habits he’s honed along the way; and the advice he’d give his younger self.
Not one to miss if you’re interested in finding your way, entrepreneurship, growing a business, and the power of adversity – or if you just want to hear a really interesting story.
