It's a chill week over here so let's talk about new music from Beyoncé, Chance the Rapper and Big Sean. Then I'll share with you my weekend festivities and my thoughts on out of touch political policies. 

Note: Something I failed to mention is that Pell grants are grants... not loans. That means they don’t need to be repaid. If the proposal is referring to loans that Pell Grant recipients may have taken out in addition to receiving Pell Grants, then the proposal makes more sense. But still... nah.
