Caribbean Community in Leicester Honour those affected by Illness and Bereavement.

Golden Careers Foundation attended the Leicester Caribbean Cricket during its first Annual Commemorative Cricket Match & Community Cohesion day at Ethel Road Playing Fields. It was the first of the Club’s annual testimony to its founder members, together with those who have historically contributed to its longevity.

This fun day was also paying homage to the Chair of the club, George Martin, who's terminally ill- George has nurtured the club, enabling it to reach its 65th year in 2022. Homage was paid to those Caribbeans who are gone too soon- affected by this dastardly virus and other ailments.
