Caroline chats to Jo about her late Father Roy. 

Jo was Roy's informal carer and after losing her Mum, Jo and Roy became ever closer. 

Roy came to accept that he had had a good, long life and actively talked to Jo about his wishes in the event of his death. Although this was difficult at first for Jo, the peace she saw this bring to her Dad helped her to also accept that this was approaching.

Jo shares top tips that helped her and her family cope with the loss of Roy, in the lead up to his death and afterwards. The famous 'Forward planning file's is discussed at length, including how this helped Jo in the months after Roy's death.
