Sara Challice is this week's wonderful guest on the Leading The Field podcast. Sara is the author of the amazing book, "Who Cares For Carers?" which draws on her own lived experience of being a Carer and receiving no support from the people around her. Sara's story is not unique and she is working with Simon to help support Carers through their programmes.
