everybody is always trying to tell us to live for ourselves and not listen to peoples opinions. but it’s truly easier said then done. it’s hard to not care what people think especially in our society today. so for this weeks episode we delve deep into why we feel the need to care how people perceive us and what opinions they have about our lives. we share our own journey and experiences of overcoming the need to be perfect in the eyes of everyone we meet. to end it off we give our best pieces of advice on how to overcome this need of caring what people think about us and being able to live for ourselves only.
