This week we chat to Carla and Iain from the Wave Project Northern Ireland.

Wave Project supports children and young people who experience a range of physical and mental health issues, social deprivation or social isolation. Young people attending their courses are supported through surfing to build confidence and self-esteem, develop resilience, and make friends.
