This season on Inner Compass we are exploring the theme returning to source, reclaiming our origin story. I am interviewing different embodiment facilitators, teachers, elders and thought leaders from different communities in the personal development, health, wellness and spiritual paths. We are having conversations on different ways to connect to or return back to source. In these discussions, I ask my guests what source means to them and what practices they use to help them connect back to source or to the higher power and fountain of love, faith and hopefully freedom that we are all seeking to come back to.

Today I'm going to share about my own connection to source and my personal practice for embodying and attaining spiritual knowledge and divine union.
