Carlee Russell was abducted From I-469 South by Mile Marker 11 Thursday July 13th between 9:39p and 9:40p. Carlee called 911 for help and before help got there she got out to try and help the toddler that Carlee described to her brothers girlfriend as 3-4 years old. She had called her family member after hanging up with 911. A scream from Carlee was heard right after she asked the child if they were ok. She has not been seen or heard from since.
