Steve Cooper talks with stand-up comic/actor Carlos Alazraqui.  Carlos played Garcia in the TV series which also became a motion picture, "Reno 911", was the voice of the Taco Bell Chihuaha and has lent his voice to many movies including "Happy Feet" and many television series such as "Fairly Oddparents" and "Sheen".
