Carlos Alonso a Former MLB player and Personal Trainer "AKA" Squat Doctor. He joins Life After Sports Podcast hosted by Kevin Johnson. He shares being born in California. He mentions that his brother is a professional NFL player (Kiko Alonso). Carlos was playing travel ball at 10 years old. We discussed his hobbies which includes playing sports outdoors. He played two-years at Junior College in San Jose, California. He mentioned that he got an offer to play in Delaware to finish off his college career. He got drafted as a senior signed in the MLB. He talks about that his journey wasn't easy one, but it has shaped him to who he is today. He talks about the best experience of his career was winning the "gold glove" in his professional career. He was able have one error in 132 games. He shares his passion as personal trainer because he loves helping people become pain-free and healthy. Carlos shares how he was able to re-invent himself after playing professional baseball.
