Zero emission cars are the future of motoring around the world but one of the world's biggest car makers wants subsidies to make it happen. Nissan-Renault chairman Carlos Ghosn has committed to decarbonising the auto-maker and today shrugged off the US administration's abandonment of the Paris agreement.
