Today I will be talking about a topic that weighs heavy on my heart as it is something I have had so many ups and downs with my entire life. Today's podcast topic is how the pressure to perform affects athletes' mental health. In this episode we will be having a special guest that many of you are probably familiar with, and that is my best friend Carly Mcnatt who is not just a phenomenal athlete but one of the strongest people I have ever met. Me and Carly have been through a lot together and I think that this podcast will be very insightful to all athletes at any stage in their career. 
My goal for this podcast is to help anyone out there that is struggling with mental health and the pressure to perform as an athlete. Almost all athletes struggle with some form of mental health issue or injury at some point in their career. Me and Carly are going to talk about our stories and what we have learned along the way.
