Carly Valancy is the founder of Valance & Co, co-creator of Reach Out Party, an actor, wedding singer, course creator, facilitator and mentor who is dedicated about building connection, community and collaboration so that others can recognise their possibility and impact.

Based in New York and with a performing arts background in musical theatre, Carly was busy pursuing her acting career when she came across the book, Reach Out by Molly Beck. Sick of waiting around for opportunities to come to her, Carly was inspired by this book to try out the methods outlined.

So 100 days or 4 and half months later Carly had implemented and tested the framework , values and practices from Molly’s book. During this time she also reached out to Molly, thanking her for writing this book and shared how she had inspired her to start her own reach out practice and the things she had discovered along the way.

Fast forward to today and Molly and Carly have partnered to create Reach Out Party, teaching courses based on the principles from Molly’s networking advice book, Reach Out. This is an opportunity for participants to create their own opportunities, build connection, and cultivate their values. By paying attention and connecting the dots, building personalized strategies for an innovative routine reaching the edge of your network.
