In episode nine we go foraging for mushrooms on the west coast of Vancouver Island with our friends and mushroom experts Jon, Jan and Julia (Foragers Galley). We also visit Jon's mushroom farm where he grows gourmet Blue Oyster and Lion's Mane mushrooms for local restaurants. We discuss bio-remediation, bushwhacking in Spanish and lucky foraging rituals.
