Carmel Indiana boasts a population of just over 100,000 ppl. Just north of Indianapolis, the states’ capital city. The town borders the White River to its side. Today it’s known as the “Roundabout Capital” of the USA due to its 128 or so roundabouts. It’s also known for something else, Fox Hollow Farm the home of the “I-70 Killer”, Herb Baumeister.
