In this episode, we meet Carmen Diaz Ramos, expert in Human Resources, Commercial Management and Psychology who will share with us how to face isolation and how to acquaint ourselves with virtual reality in a post Covid-19 era.

She is interviewed by Aldara Vazquez, a first year IE University student. Her deep interest in languages and International affairs has encouraged her to study International Relations. The way she was raised also sparked in her a particular curiosity for the human essence. Thus, in this episode she wanted to blend these two fields in an attempt to address the latest events related to COVID-19 and how these have affected both our personal and professional lives. We are currently living a challenging situation never experienced before and it is key that we learn how to evolve in the dynamics of this new world. In 2019, she joined the Student Advisory Board for IE's Center for Health, Well-being & Happiness.

Contributors: Elisa Martínez Núñez and Araceli Pfeiffer, students of the Batchelor in Communication and Digital Media.
