Plenty of people do what they do, strictly out of reflex. Grabbing that soda, eating that pizza, driving instead of walking and most unhealthy things you do without thinking, aren’t done because you consciously WANT to do something detrimental to your health. They’re done because you’re moving strictly out of old habits. But some of us make a choice to level up, learn better and subsequently, do better.
