The carnivore diet has become something of a cult-like lifestyle that gained significant traction since Dr Shawn Baker appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast back in 2017. Fast forward a few years and it's become much more mainstream with everyone jumping on the bandwagon, from OAPS suffering from arthritis, adults old and young who suffering from Colitis (autoimmune issues), through to athletes and everyday people looking to drop weight and increase mental clarity.

Carnivore advocates cite weight loss, cognitive improvement, improved gut health, as well as a whole bunch of other benefits, simply through following a diet that consists of meat, fish, eggs and some dairy products.

But does it actually work?

That's the question everyone wants to know. So who better to throw their hat into the ring and embark on a 30-day experiment following a strict carnivore lifestyle than yours truly
