This week’s guest grew up eating pretty much the opposite of a carnivore diet. He enjoyed all the cheesy waffles and ice cream his heart desired until he made a decision to dive into health and fitness, and he’s been following that obsession for over 20 years. He’s done several really cool experiments on himself, and he does a MUCH better job of documenting them than I do. Currently, he walks around at single digit body fat year round, he’s a practicing dentist with a focus on sleep disorders, and he’s putting out extremely high quality content on Carnivore diets, building muscle, sleep and related health topics. I said it on the Ketogenic athlete and I’ll say it again. I know the size of your platform isn’t everything, but with the quality of content he’s putting out, this man should have a million followers.
