Carolina Hemp Company is a retail hemp store and wholesale distributor of quality hemp flower extracts such as sublingual oils and other hemp products. We are the premiere hemp company in Western North Carolina and are focused on building a business that helps bring hemp to the mainstream market.
Our aim is to set a benchmark for the industry in terms of production, product and service to the community. We are working with local and regional farmers, local educators, industry leaders, manufacturers, and retailers to rebuild a market chain that will provide quality jobs for our state and region.
Our passion is driven by the opportunity to bring real growth, sustainable products and viable, proven alternatives to pharmaceuticals into our communities.
Our Story & Kingdom Harvest's Whole Spectrum Hemp Extract
In 2015 and 2016, the North Carolina General Assembly passed legislation allowing industrial hemp to be grown in the state once again after nearly 80 years of Federal prohibition. This landmark moment in our state’s agricultural history was met with an up-welling of support, bringing together a group of people from different backgrounds, all sharing the same vision to bring back a plant of such importance.
Together, Kingdom Harvest encompasses farmers, botanical extractors, marketers and local retailers forming a seed to sale synergy. From planting through manufacturing and sales, all aspects of our operations are under the careful control and oversight of our group.
We selected a high quality strain of industrial hemp and, with the support of members of the community, planted our first crop at the Kingdom in 2017. We employ minimally invasive planting methods and nurture the crop without the use of pesticides.
Our Kingdom Harvest crop flourished under the unique growing conditions of the Kingdom. The crop grew so well it presented an opportunity to create a new method of processing designed to capture the special attributes this plant possesses.
Lastly, our team of experienced botanical extractors developed processes that both activate those most sought after phytonutrients while preserving delicate compounds in their natural state.
The result is a Whole Spectrum Hemp Extract: a combination of multiple extracts from the industrial hemp plant, each minimally refined and each providing a substantially different fraction of the phytonutrients found within the plant.
