It’s Monday and that can mean only one thing, time for Carolina Kettle Salt & Balsamic Vinegar potato chips. Ok, maaaaaybe it can mean more than that. Still, that’s how I’m defining it here on In The Chips with Barry. I do love Salt & Vinegar chips but Balsamic Vinegar is an animal of a different stripe as it has a nice sweetness as well as a wee bite. Very interested to taste these and see if they got it right.
