Caroline Arkesteijn is a senior QA manager who has been working in Software Testing/Quality Assurance business for more than 15 years. During her career, she mainly focused on setting up new QA/QE organizations, change management, and process improvement.  She currently works for Wolters Kluwer as senior QA manager, where she is leading the GPO QE competence center. The goal of this group is to drive the shift left of the development organization and with this move towards faster and eventually continuous delivery.
