Caroline Burckle is an Olympic Medalist, Entrepreneur, Birth Doula, and Artist. Born and raised in Louisville, KY, she was a competitive swimmer throughout her early life. She then took that and went to the University of Florida on a Swimming Scholarship and became an NCAA Champion before making the Beijing Olympics, where she earned a Bronze Medal.

When she retired from sport, the accumulation of insecurities led her to begin the real inner work. She went on to get her Masters in Sport Psychology, her Associate of Arts in Merchandise Product Development and In 2015, she and her Olympic Medalist business partner Rebecca Soni began a youth athlete mindset development program, and successfully ran that for 8 years.

Caroline discusses the importance of the mind/body connection and how she actively integrates it into her mindset coaching, her art, her work as a doula and her daily life. She continues to stay curious and finds ways to access the greatest tool…herself!
