Coach, Trail blazer, Affiliate Owner, Fiancé, Caroline is a woman carving her journey and with it a path for coaches to follow in the CrossFit space, a former teacher turned LV 4 CrossFit Trainer and now the first female coach to win the CrossFit Games. 

Her success though, has not been without hard work, sacrifice, changes of direction and failures.
