Our guest today has worked in the childcare sector for over 17 years. A successful business woman and owner of two childcare settings in the Limerick area, Caroline chats to us about her journey into childcare.

From a degree in Hotel Management and a post graduate degree in Personal and Human Resources, Caroline saw a gap in the market for a childcare setting in Limerick. 

Changing course, she then completed a Diploma in Montessori Education and opened her first premisis just one month before the birth of her first child.

Caroline talks about raising four small children while opening two businesses and the challenges she encountered along the way.
