Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, June 21. She discussed the passage of the town’s budget and what she sees as the highlights of the budget. She also talked about the council’s decision to defer their discussion of charging for downtown parking until their September meeting. She recounted the town’s Juneteenth celebration, and more.
