Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, October 25. She discussed early voting in Orange County. She also discussed a recent town proclamation of this week as Minority Enterprise Development Week. She also talked about upcoming Halloween activities in Carrboro, and more.
