Carrie Akre is a musician best known for her work with Seattle bands Hammerbox and Goodness. She moved to Seattle in 1985 and moved around to several different neighborhoods, as well as a stint in Minneapolis. In 2015, Carrie and her family decided to move to Tacoma. Carrie’s first impressions of Tacoma and her process of discovering the different neighborhoods and hidden gems of Tacoma makes for a fascinating episode.
